Service Description
Planning a benefit, community day, offsite, or other event and don't have dedicated staff? Let me take care of your event logistics. The basic event management package includes a download of the Digital Event Planning Bundle, a 90-minute introductory event planning session, 5 follow-up planning meetings, 1 day of in-person support during event, and 20 hours of additional support. That time can be used for venue scouting, vendor sourcing, permitting, graphic design, or whatever other event management details you need support with. Need more? Additional planning hours may be billed as needed at a rate of $100/hour. The Deluxe Event Management Package includes 2x as much support for $500 of savings. To get started, scheduled a free 30 minute consultation to review your event, and a contract and invoice will be sent from there.
